My approach to design centers around people, building and leading research-driven interdisciplinary teams and studios. While I've managed larger teams, I've often found that smaller, more focused teams - purpose-built yet ecosystem-aware - may achieve optimal results.

My leadership style is hands-on, maintaining a strong connection to both the big picture and the intricate details. I believe that effective, strategic leadership in cross-functional teams requires active tactical engagement.

All jobs, whether it involves farming, planning, managing, or exploring, are inherently complex systems. Design, however, serves as the catalyst for simplification and streamlining. It can transform these complex systems into user-friendly, tailored interactions.
